LOVE

“No one would choose a friendless existence on condition of having all the other things in the world” -Aristotle 

Over the last year, we have all been affected and have had our own ups and downs. The lessons learned have been immense and it has provided us the time and the chance to truly look at our lives and determine what should stay and what should go. What we are happy with and what no longer serves us. 

One of the things that has really stood out to me is the importance of my community. Both in person and online. Seeing how creative everyone has gotten in finding ways to stay connected and how people have gone out of their way to make another feel important, cared for and loved has been a testament to the beauty in our world. 

Love exists in many forms and is expressed in countless ways. It is the fuel and the nourishment we need to thrive. Every act of kindness is love in action. Every smile, door held open, listening ear and hug is a sign of love and care. 

One of the many beautiful things about love is that the more you give, the more you have. It is all around us at all times. It is not an emotion, it does not come and go. It’s always in existence and is always there.

May they be a reminder of the love the exists all around the world.
